Trimmer Bars

Our Trimmer Bars are yoghurt topped cereal bars - each only 174 kcal - enriched with at least 50% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance for vitamins and trace minerals. They are ideal as a nutritious snack at any time of day and are available in Citrus and Apricot flavours. The bars are not available in all countries. Nutrition
The nutrition content of a Trimmer Bar is different to the Cambridge Diet and therefore the bar should not be used to replace a serving of Cambridge Diet (drink, soup or bar) if the Diet is being used as the sole source of nutrition.
