The most popular way of becoming a Counsellor is by first using Cambridge and seeing its effectiveness first-hand. Your existing Counsellor can sponsor you and provide some initial training.
Cambridge has recently enhanced its recruitment, training and accreditation programmes. All prospective Counsellors, whether they have been sponsored or have come to the company directly, are expected to participate in a rigours training programme and an enhanced accreditation process. This new procedure involves attendance at a one-day training course organised by Cambridge (and normally held at our Corby training facilities) and the completion of a number of set development modules.
This ensures that all new Counsellors have an in-depth knowledge of the products and relevant company procedures from day one.

Once accredited as a Cambridge Counsellor you will be able to meet other Counsellors at our training/social/seminar events, and be eligible to begin our enhanced development programme.
